CHECK-IN

You can check in at 4:00 P.M. Early check-in must be authorized by the owners. The code for check-in will be provided 48 hours prior to arrival

CHECK-OUT

We ask that you respect the 11:00 AM checkout time on the day of your departure so that it provides our cleaning team enough time to enter and clean the property for the next guest’s arrival. Later check outs may be requested depending on availability. Please make sure that the house is left in decent condition. Report anything that is broken or defective so we can correct fix or replace it before the next guest.

ACCESSING YOUR UNIT

Please use the front entrance to access the property rather than the back door.

Front Door Code: 1976A

This code is shared among all residents and grants access to the common entryway.

To unlock the front door, input the code 1976A, turn the knob towards “OPEN” (Right), and then use the lower doorknob to open the door.

To lock the door (or reset the lock), turn the knob to the left.

Second Floor Access:
Once inside the triplex, head up the stairs to the second floor. You will find the staircase conveniently located near the entrance.

 
Individual Unit Door Code:

Each unit is equipped with a unique code for the door. Please refer to the message you received during the check-in process to find your specific unit door code. This code ensures that only you and authorized individuals have access to your private space.

Open/Lock door:

Tap the screen for a minimum of 2 seconds to enter the eLock access code, then press # to open the door.

To secure the door upon departure, touch the screen for 2 seconds. Press and hold # until the locks engage, and the light turns red.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure a smooth parking experience for everyone, please follow these parking guidelines:

One Car per Unit: Each unit is allowed to park up to one car in the driveway AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY. Please do not exceed this limit to ensure fair parking for everyone.

  1. Designated Parking Areas: When you arrive, follow the driveway to the back of the property. You’ll find a paved area (double garage pad) at the rear of the property. Please park on the LEFT SIDE of this double garage pad. 
  2. Reserved Spaces: The right side of the pavement is reserved for the other rental unit. Do not park on this side, as it is exclusively for the residents of that rental unit.
  3. Street Parking: If you have additional vehicles beyond the two allowed in the driveway or if the designated spaces are occupied, street parking is available. Be mindful of any signage indicating parking restrictions.
  4. Avoid Blocking Others: Please do not block anyone, whether it’s in the driveway or on the street. Ensure that your vehicles are parked in a way that allows easy access for others.

Trash Information

To make your experience as seamless as possible, we’ve arranged for convenient trash collection services every Monday morning. Our dedicated team will handle the process, ensuring a tidy and comfortable environment for you and future guests.

Collection Day: Every Monday morning.

On Sunday afternoons, our team will take care of bringing out the trash cans. On Monday mornings, after the collection is complete, our team will promptly return the trash cans to their designated spot.

Please ensure that all your trash is placed neatly in the provided trash cans located at the front of the home. This not only assists our team in managing the collection efficiently but also contributes to maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property.

Laundry Room Instructions

Washer and Dryer is located in the basement, shared with 2 other units. Access to the washer and dryer is through the backdoor, followed by the back staircase leading to the basement.

1. Load Limit: Please limit each load to a maximum of 10 items to ensure proper washing and drying efficiency.

2. Restricted Hours: The laundry room is available for use during designated hours. To accommodate our cleaning schedule, the washing machine and dryer are reserved for cleaners between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Please plan your laundry accordingly to avoid conflicts with cleaning staff.

3. Respectful Use: Kindly be mindful of other guests and our cleaning crew when using the laundry facilities. If you finish using the machines before the end of the reserved hours, please promptly remove your items to allow others to utilize the facilities.

4. Reporting Issues: If you encounter any issues with the laundry equipment or need assistance, please inform our us immediately so we can address the problem promptly.

We love hosting guests and their furry friends! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, here’s our concise pet policy:

Allowed Pets:

  • We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats.
  • All pets must be house-trained and sociable.
  • Maximum of two pets per booking.
  • Preferred breeds: small pets, medium-sized dogs, and cats. We do not accept the following breeds: Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Mastiff, Irish Wolfhound, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, and Akita.

Pet Hair Cleanup:
If your pet sheds, please clean up all pet hair before check-out to maintain a comfortable environment. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning fee. We have guests with allergies, please respect this policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

Pet Supplies:
For your convenience, we provide the following:

  • Poop bags
  • Water and food bowls

Pet Fee:
A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per day for each pet is required for guests bringing pets. The pet fee will be added to your total reservation cost.

Rules for Pet Owners:

  • Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier outdoors.
  • Don’t leave your pet unattended unless crated.
  • Minimize noise and disturbances caused by your pet.
  • Clean up after your pet inside and outside.
  • Use pet-specific bedding to protect furniture and linens.
  • Report any damages or accidents caused by your pet promptly.
  • Maintain control of your pet around other guests and neighbors.
  • You’re responsible for any damages caused by your pet.

By booking with your pet, you agree to comply with these guidelines, including the pet fee. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and affect future bookings.
